The MCA ICT Resource Centre (MIRC) held its inaugural Annual Dinner & Recognition Award night at Sunway Resort Hotel on 27th April 2009. The dinner was held to thank the various partners and corporates that have been supporting MIRC over the years.
MIRC started 4 years ago with the mission to drive innovation and deliver business values to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by optimising Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) usage to achieve innovation, transformation and growth.
Since its inception, MIRC has grown to become an organisation undertaking a nation building initiative, critical to the development of national economy. MIRC provides free ICT advisory and support services to SMEs. It further supports and assists in the development of the ICT industry by developing young upcoming Technopreneurs to become competitive players in the ICT market.
During the dinner, various awards were given out and only 4 companies received the special recognition award. Teneo Technologies Sdn Bhd is proud to be among one of these award winners. Teneo Technologies Sdn Bhd won an award for Best Commercialisation for its Internet solution, WebLITE.
WebLITE is a suite of off-the-shelf Internet applications that addresses web content management, e-Commerce, database management, viral marketing and component driven functionalities. The solution can be implemented very quickly and can transform any typical online presence into a manageable and powerful Internet instrument.
